Bicol Express

Paraan Ng Pagluluto Ng Bicol Express:
1. Ilagay ang hiniwang karne sa isang kawali. Lutuin hanggang ito ay maging golden-brown.

2. Igisa ang luya, sibuyas at bawang sa loob ng kaunting minuto.

3. Idagdag ang bagoong at lutuin sa loob ng 5 minuto .

4.Idagdag ang berdeng sile at siling labuyo at ilagay ang gata.
5. Haluin ang lahat ng sangkap at lutuin hanggang lumambot ang pork at lumapot ang gata .

6. Dagdagan ng asin at paminta.

  2. My father's province is Bicol.. There are really so many places out there that's really a WOW! There's already a place there where you could see the inside of the vent of Mayon :)
